Enchanting Lady returned to the races in stellar fashion on Feb. 11 at Santa Anita, scoring a 4-1/4-length second-level allowance victory for owner Kaleem Shah and trainer Bob Baffert.

The 4-year-old daughter of Tale of the Cat was sold by Eddie Woods for $650,000 at the 2014 OBS March Selected Sale of 2-year-olds in training following a 1/8-mile breeze in 10 1/5 seconds at the Under Tack Show. The Kentucky-bred filly is from the same family as Grade 1 winner Thirty Six Red and multiple graded stakes winner Olmodavor.

Enchanting Lady, out of the A.P. Indy mare A. P. Baby, won the $150,000 Landaluce S. at two and Santa Paula S. last year, both at Santa Anita, as well as placing in the Victory Ride S. (G3) last year at Belmont Park. Her overall record stands at 3-3-0 in eight starts, with earnings of $232,280.
